The welcome reception on 3 July will be in the dining hall at St John's College on the university campus (where many people are staying). Arrive at 7pm for 7.15pm, and we will finish around 9.00-9.15pm.

The conference dinner on 5 July will be a boat cruise on the Kookaburra Queen, which departs from the Eagle St Pier in the city. Boarding is at 6.30pm, and the cruise starts at 7pm.
